Luton airport PCN

Hello everyone
I was hoping I could get some help/advice. I received a PCN for using pick up / drop off zone. This is the second time I have used this zone. The 1st time was to drop off my disabled parents, I used this and paid the £5 charge. While I was there I was advised by a staff member in the car park that next time I could drop my parents off and use the blue badge. So a week later I used the same drop off and pick up zone and picked up my parents. I then received this PCN. I spoke to the airport parking customer service and they told me I was given wrong information, that the drop off and pick up zone does not apply to disabled (blue badge holders) and there is a different zone for them.
I do not know what to do now. Can I use a standard appeal letter template? The appeal process is online and is asking very specific information, for example Appellant details and then it ask appellant type, vehicle driver/vehicle keeper/vehicle hire. I do not want to make a mistake but it is all very confusing for me. The vehicle is actually in my parents name which is a notability vehicle but I am a registered user.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Is it just APCOA? If yes:
Copy any other APCOA thread appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it is. I have just found a a thread for airport, pick ups and drops offs. I have used that copied the appeal and done it now. I calculated and I am out of the 28 days, today is day 30. Hopefully it is allowed. Totally my fault for appealing late.Coupon-mad said:Is it just APCOA? If yes:
