My Edge Saver will be maturing soon. Does anyone know if I can just close it and open another?

Don't see why not. I did.0

Yes you can, ask Sandi to "close account".1

Ask sandi to close it, then it takes her 2 to 5 days to fully close it. You have to await the official closing of the old one to open a new one.0

That's great thanks, wasn't sure if it was just a new customer offer.0

Hi OP ... (Qyburn) I've recently been through this myself.
Just a note from my experience. Yes close the account and open another one, but Sandi tells you it will take up to 5 working days to close it ... i.e. dependant on how busy the team is. But if you phone and ask the agent to close it, it should take 'only' 2 working days.1
