I wanted to reorder a new sofa but they won’t answer phones. I can’t see any options for a foam filling sofa rather than cheap fibres and won’t want to reorder wrong thing as they say no refunds?

Go into one of their stores? Our current sofa was from SCS and we found their in store staff pretty good compared to others. They weren't that pushy and we got a good deal. Maybe look elsewhere if they won't answer their phone? We bought a sofa bed from DFS just before Christmas, and they were pretty good too. I would avoid NCF Living.
