Missing TOU readings from Tomato Energy and Others

I moved over to TE from OE on 16 December. I noticed on the morning of the 16 Dec that mywatts (their website for billing, etc) was showing my readings.
However, all readings stopped from 2pm 16 Dec and have not shown since. I first thought it was just TE having issues - although I have SMETS2 meter. If I do remember correctly, I also think that my IHD also lost connection for a few hours, but came back online.
Today, I have logged into n3rgy and have noticed that they also have no readings from 2pm 16 Dec.
Everything was fine with OE and problems have arisen since the moved to TE. My gas is with BG and they are receiving my smart meter readings, which I find strange if there could be an issue with the electricity meter.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions please.
Edited for typos

That sounds like an issue some other TE customers have reported on the Facebook Tomato Energy Users Group.
Are you a member of that group? It might be worth posting their to see if any other TE customers with the same problem have any further news.
Have TE been in contact with you about it? Presumably if they have no readings, you won't have received any bills either for Dec/Jan and Feb. Or have they billed you based on estimates?1 -

I have seen a post in that group (supposedly from the CEO) stating that a 3 month delay in billing would give a 15% discount, 6 month delay (50%) and a complete write off after 12 months. We shall see what happens in that respect.
I have had no communication from TE since the initial joining info.0 -
