Accidental absent landlord, needing to sell at a distance

Also I imagine that the new laws coming in will be putting people off buying rental properties.
Borrowing costs are less than they were 18 months ago and rents (as you probably know) have gone up considerably in this time. Fewer rental properties on the market have forced up rents.
