Clear chunk of debt by Dec 2008!!!!!

Hi all,
New user to this site and after chatting with the partner have decided to try and reduce outgoing and clear some debt, I have listed what we pay p/w or p/m and wanted a bit of help as to what we are best to do.
I have recently gone self employed and am getting a decent regular wage each week and my wife is currently on maternity leave.
Right here goes....
Outgoings are:
mortgage : 649.00 p/m
council tax : 106.00 p/m
gas : 15.00 p/w
water : 30.00 p/m
elec : 10.00 p/w
sky : 31.00 p/m
telephone/internet : 58.00 p/m
building/content ins : 25.00 p/m
tv licence : 11.00 p/m
barclays o/d usage fee : 15.00/pm
cc/store cards : 85.00 p/m
acc/sick/unemployment ins : 31.00 p/m
car finance :88.00 p/m (1,300 to go)
car ins : 25.00 p/m
tv finance :20.00 p/m (200 to go)
sofa : 60.00 p/m (660 to go)
mothercare acc :30.00 p/m (balance 700)
mobile :35.00 p/m
life ins :21.00 p/m
petrol : 10.00 p/w
shopping : 60.00 p/w
These are our joint payments now for my work payments..
mobile : 35.00 p/m
van ins : 48.00 p/m
goods ins : 29.00 p/m
diesel : 100 p/w
I earn £700 a week and my partner earn £450 a month.
Any help/advice is much appreciated.
