Moving to Wales - Welsh land tax?

Hello, we are moving from England to Wales and we have been informed about the need to pay Welsh land tax. Just wondering whether we need to pay stamp duty as well? Can't seem to find a definitive answer. Will enquire with our solicitors as well because we had accounted for stamp duty in our fees but they've sent us the extra Welsh land tax amount? Thanks

Are you saying they're quoted both SDLT and Land Transaction Tax? It's only LTT you'd be paying.

Confirm what? Have they been daft enough to add both SDLT and LTT to your quote? Not a good start!
