Virgin Flying Club - new account can't find it

Vent:
Booking a flight, thought may as well sign up for this Flying Club - email received to confirm with flying number.

Tried to book flight selecting Virgin Atlantic/Flying Club and the number - The Frequent flyer name (Name) is invalid for account number (Number)

Weird, number is right it;'s a copy and paste.

Tried logging in Flying Club direct first, tried both email and flyer number:
"We can't seem to find your account. Please check the details and try again." 

Useless 

Most other site you sign new too, allow to log in straight away.

All sorted, went on live chat as same next day, they resetted the accont and working now.
