Unsure how to proceed

Was advised to start a new thread. Hi everyone. 

I previously won a case at this exact location simply because they PPC didnt turn up To court. 

Out of the blue I have now received the following letter for another parking incident a year earlier!  I don’t remember ever parking here at that date or ever receiving any of the paperwork before regarding the below. Wondering how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance.

You need to go to Specsavers, or maybe back to law school. Look at the date of the PCN. It was in 2018, yet you are threatening me with a county court claim in 2025.

Want another complaint to the SRA?

I will, if you don't apologise for misleading me, then erase my data by the end of the month.

My partner who studied law did mention the length of time and thought this couldn’t be right. I’ll get onto them asap and post the response here or lack of response (which I’m also hopeful for) if you would like me too.

I’ve already sent the email lol and I didn’t even request costs when they didn’t show up to the last court case for 2 other tickets at the same location! (I know, I know forgive me, I was just happy to get out of there).
