That's true, but if people can't see the whole screen they can't see the bit where you have to agree and they won't be able to enter. It took me ages of fiddling about with the screen to find it.

In fact I can't see underneath the line that begins "I would like to receive letters email or phone", Could someone tell me if there's much more stuff to opt in or out of?

I had to go to view and close down a couple of toolbars to see the send button - even hitting F11 didn't work for me, but once I got rid of roboform toolbar and navigation I could suddenly see it!

No idea if this worked or not chased the enter now around for a few minutes then screen went back to a blank entry form

Kizzy - that won't have worked, the entry/enter button you see is simple a visual version of the top menu - if you slide your mouse over shrek and donkey etc, different menu options come up, so it's the same as hitting Enter/Entry (Can't remember which it is lol) on the top menu - it will just reopen the form.

I recommend doing what i did if F11 didn't work for you.

To scroll down the page use the little sword icon at the side of the form, it moves the form down automatically for you HTH

Thanks Julie - it seems for some of us though it doesn't take the form all the way to the bottom so we can see the submit button - hence all the problems. Must be a browser setting some of us have I think.

wahey, finally got it to work!!!!

I had to get rid of all my toolbars (click on 'view' on your window then 'toolbars' then untick google, roboform, etc - i also got rid of 'standard buttons') then you see a little sword at the bootom of page (just like the scroll-sword at top ofpage) and when you scroll down there's a 'send' button you can click on.
