Parking ticket from WIng security , Haringey area zzts

Hello .
Can anyone give my some advice ?
Few months ago I received parking ticket because I parked my car at double yellow on our estate parking because the parking I have residents permit to park was full due to event happening in close by centre etc the evening and due to cars in the morning from parents taking kids to close by school and by long term illegally parked vehicles which never get ticket from WIng security(my guess is about 20+) even in the day of receipt my tickets ( some of the cars are even on the parking fine picture standing there till now)
So I apelled once to Wing security describing Miss management of parking from their side and they declined so I apelled second time (I don't understand how I can apeal to the same company as I received ticket not some independent office) which they answered after few email asking where is the decision3emails ) after 90days . They were saying that they send me decision already (apparently 64days) but I never received it . They livered the fine again but I refused to pay over the fone to company laying about sending email .
Now Zzts want those money from me .
Any advice ?

Errr... Wing left the BPA AOS years ago and have no access to DVLA data. Why in earth did you appeal and give them your data?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, now ignore them. They don't sue.
Your visitors need to know to ignore any PCN from Wing. Friends can safely park at yours and Wing can never get their data.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I received Email from QDRSolicitors in which is link and it will probable need my initial. Should I open it ?
What chance by the court I will have claiming that Wiing company doesn't give ticket to other illegals parking vehicles on our parking space ?
