Okay, I have received my reply from UKPC telling me to identify the driver. Do I reply at all - I know now not to identify the driver?

Received another extortion letter from UKPC recently, warning me that the time has now expired to send evidence and now I can pay £60, or they'll send it to their pet rottweiler to instead demand £170 from me, because hey, it's only fair right. Honestly, it makes my blood boil that these people are allowed to exist.
I ignore this correspondence too, right?

Up to you. Most would just try POPLA as is explained in the third post of the NEWBIES thread that you already know and love...

Extortion threatogram received - still sticking with the 'stay mute' theory for now?

I've today received their Claim Form from the court. I haven't attached it as I am not sure which bits I need to obscure and you will know what the form looks like anyway. Can I please ask for reminders to what to put in the Acknowledgement?

I've read that post. And read it again. And then read it a third time. Then I tried reading some of the pages linked from it. Then I came back here to write this: if this forum is sponsored by parking companies, with the specific goal of confusing drivers so much that they don't know if it's raining or Wednesday, and imtimidating them into paying whatever fee is demanded of them, it's doing a great job. Some of it is in italics, some of it is in bold, some on bold italics. Some is in black, some in blue, some in red, some is all caps. Much of it is a combination of several of those things. I get that the people giving advice here can easily understand which piece of which post on which thread applies to which circumstance, but I'd like to point that to people who come here for help, it may as well be instructions to build a Hadron Collider. Saying 'follow the advice on this page' is akin to saying 'design and scratch build your new propulsion method".
