Move to British Gas - no meter readings, tariff shown wrong!

I recently switched from Octopus to British Gas. I have dual rate electricity only supply.
The British Gas App does not show the correct tariff (well it shows the version, but not dual rate) and the meter readings I submitted via the App are not showing.
Twice I have asked via their on-line chat if everything is set up correctly and they tell me it can take up to 8 days before everything is shown correctly. It is 8 days today since I switched and it still is wrong. I have the transcripts of the chat saved.
Any thoughts, other than to switch back during the 14 day cooling off period?

Leave it a few more days? We moved last year and the new house is with British Gas. We did have a few issues for the first week or so, but it's been plain sailing since then. We're dual fuel single rate though.0

I think BG are unable to handle E7 on their new system.
