Ebay - Collection Item still Outstanding

I sold some tile grout and adhesive back in December, collection only.

The buyer paid through eBay, collected it, I scanned the QR code, deal done positive feedback received.

Today it is still showing as outstanding  (Buyer Paid - Send Now). I have been in the desktop programme to mark that it has been collected. I assume my options  is to contact ebay to get them to clear this blockage off the system?

This has hapepned to me before, I couldn't figure out how to rectify it but I htink it eventually went away.  If it's been that long then yes I'd contact eBay through their customer service line

I had this problem before but the fix then doesn't seem to be working.
