Hanley Economic Building Society are updating their App.
Suspect some with older devices might be unable to access mobile banking.

"Great news! We’re releasing a significant update to the Hanley Economic mobile app on Wednesday 19th March. This update will enhance your experience while keeping all the features you know and trust.

What’s Changing?

A refreshed design with an improved look and feel

Same warm functionality with a smoother experience

What You Need to Know

Your login details remain the same, including biometrics, will be remembered for quicker access

Minimum requirements: Apple iOS 15 or later | Android 12 or later

If auto-update is enabled, the new version will install automatically. Otherwise, you can manually update via the App Store or Google Play

From 31st March, a forced update will be required for anyone who hasn’t upgraded

Older mobile versions will no longer be supported, and the current app will be deactivated from 31st March

Please remember we'll never ask you to reveal sensitive information like your PIN or account details or ask you to make a payment or move money over the phone. If someone asks you to do any of these things, hang up and report the scam to us.
