Is this worth a further IAS appeal or am i better off paying

I am in an interesting situation where I parked in a parking lot (I assume it's private) and paid for that particular parking spot on the RingGo app, I initially couldn't find the parking lot on the map in the parbyphone app that parking spot and that's why I thought it might be available elsewhere, which is why I went looking for it on the RingGo app and paid there. This is my mistake probably in not trying to go up to the machine to read the code and instead relying solely on the map feature.
I appealed the notice and they gave me a response that they "do not provide payment options via RingGo", which I thought is clearly false because there is an option in the exact spot on the map in the correct shape of the parking lot (which is fairly unique).
I sent them screenshot of my receipt and that the parking lot is available on the RingGo app specifically on the map and at the time it's clear that there's no location available on the map using the paybyphone. Although I am now thinking if you put a location code it might work.
Whether my ticket fair went to the same person, i dont know, just that they might have swapped companies at some point and they didn't do the due diligence to remove it from RingGo app? or its a mistake on the RingGo map for drawing over the wrong parking lot.
RingGo did reply saying they cant help in the PCN but that the lot may be split in who is responsible for giving out tickets. Im fairly sure either way this is an issue with the drawn location on their app anyways.
Is this decent grounds to appeal to the independent service or should I just suck up the charge while it's £60 and not £100
These are screenshots of both apps
This is google street view showing 3 parking lots, the one where i was parked is apparently called "croft street"

'Parking lot' is an Americanism.
You mean 'car parks' but the answer to this question is obviously NEITHER!Is this worth a further IAS appeal or am i better off paying
Sit tight. Do nothing except the below:
By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:
- Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
- Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.
- Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC or a Claim Form, as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
I do not know why people pay by app without reading the sign first for a Location Code. Of course you must read signs first, not just randomly dip into your phone and hope you plucked the right app out of thin air.
Which PPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above neither
Why would you want to do either.?1 -
The reason why i pay by app is i simply dont carry coins/notes around, also even when i do lots of places dont offer change which can be a bit frustrating.
The apps i have are the ones which i commonly use, RingGo works with other street parking and often with some car parks.
I dont think i can do nothing, i dont have the stomach to do this.
My query was simply if its worth pursuing the IAS route given it does look to be a misleading within both apps or if that's unlikely to work, in which case i will pay the £60 for peace of mind. Im not legally savvy nor do i want to dive head into legal jargon for loopholes and workarounds.
Obviously i understand i was wrong when I picked the app thinking it was correct given on the map that's exactly where i parked, but this was after not seeing the place on the map screen on paybyphone0 -
SiP are the company who sent the letter, i think that's the PPC (if i googled the term correctly)0

"I don't think i can do nothing, i don't have the stomach to do this."You do, and - honestly - you will do nothing. We will support you all the way.i will pay the £60 for peace of mindNo, because that's funding the next few PCNs and sponsoring the entire scam regime. That surely doesn't give a right-thinking person 'peace of mind'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The worst part is RingGo dont even acknowledge the map is wrong
, everyone seems to say the maps are only advisory. Its a scam, i get it now, but it's not the hill i wish to die on, i paid the amount. Sorry
