At the beginning of February, I bought a car to commute to my first job after graduating. A few days later, the man who sold me the vehicle sent me a message with a screenshot of a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) from Parking and Property Management Ltd for £100, issued because my car was parked in my own designated parking space. He also informed me that another identical notice had been issued the following day. So I have two 100£ from two consecutive days that I parked in my spot.

UPDATE: Parking and Property Management Ltd has kindly informed me that I have received another PCN, bringing the total amount to £180 with the discount or £300 in total (£100 per ticket) for three consecutive days of parking in my own spot in February...1

OK, tell them to note your correct details as keeper of the car and if they think they have a case then proceed to court without delay or fake DRA costs, because you won't pay. There was no contract agreed and you have primacy of contract as a resident.ShadowCache said:UPDATE: Parking and Property Management Ltd has kindly informed me that I have received another PCN, bringing the total amount to £180 with the discount or £300 in total (£100 per ticket) for three consecutive days of parking in my own spot in February...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
