I have an Epson Workforce WF-2960DWF with Auto Document Feeder - that I cannot get to work
I have installed all of the correct drivers and software - but I cannot get the ADF to "grab" the paper to pull through the scanner.
Have any of you had a similar problem ?
Any ideas ?

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Yes - the printer side is 100% - it also scans perfectly from the normal method - it's just the ADF that doesn't work

What sort of paper are you using ??
Can you hear the mechanism trying to grip the paper ??
Try cleaning the rubber wheels that feed the paper into the machine.

Normal "printer paper" and no I cannot hear the mechanism trying to grip the paper
it seems to me to be a software issue - although I have installed the drivers

I don't have the same printer as you but I do have an Epson; depending upon what function I am using, I sometimes have to tell it to use the ADF rather than the flat bed.
