Hi there social services have been contacted by Nationwide after my mum couldn't pass security as she has aphasia and has difficulty hearing canthe bank do this ?

Yes, if they are concerned about a vunerable customer and they don’t have anyone registered as a power of attorney for her.If she has not put a financial LPA in place this is a sharp reminder that she needs to as a matter of urgency.1
