Bank contacting social services

Hi there social services have been contacted by Nationwide after my mum couldn't pass security as she has aphasia and has difficulty hearing canthe bank do this ?

    Yes, if they are concerned about a vunerable customer and they don’t have anyone registered as a power of attorney for her. 

    If she has not put a financial LPA  in place this is a sharp reminder that she needs to as a matter of urgency.
