Anyone recommend a free good anti spam program that works with Outlook Express?

As in the title, has anyone any recommendations on an anti spam program thats free and will integrate with outlook express??

If your email is POP3, have a look at K9 from http://keir.net/k9.html

Doesn't integrate as such, but sits between your email program and the email server.
Free, and has been excellent for me over the last year or so.

Buy a domain name and give out unique addresses to everyone. Or at very least separate out personal, business and website signing up addresses to use.
