Environmental Search Report - Need Help (FTB)

Hi everyone,
We're going through the process of buying our first house, I've had the first search report back and don't understand it at all.
4 areas have "Identified" next to them.
Who do I go to to understand the impact of these?
Will this be sent to the lender and cause them to potentially withdraw their offer?
I don't understand any of it and now panicking we're buying somewhere with lots of issues!
Each part is broken down on its own page but would involve attaching loads of images and not sure how much detail to go into!

We'd need to see the details to give any useful advice. Haven't you asked your solicitor? (as I presume you only got the report because they recommended it?)0

The flood risk (this page does also contain a map).

And then the Ground Stability page
Sorry, I'm panicking and don't really understand any of it or who I should be going to with this!

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

What sort of property are we talking about (age etc)? If relatively new then it's going to be less of a concern as the developers and planners will have been through all of this already (and in much more detail) at the time of construction.
In general none of the searches is at all likely to reveal something which would make you want to walk away.1 -
"Flood zone 2 or 3" - I wonder how much these charlatans charge for these useless reports.
>> Bank declined re-mortgage - flood risk - is my house now devalued - this is about zone 3.0 -

Appreciate the reply though! So new to all this, anything I see is making me nervous about it all!0
