There are certainly some business increases. I can't find anything about others.

Looking at the past history i would say yes stamps will go up again .

There isn't a stamp price increase at the same time, which is when they would announce them.

I'd expect a stamp increase later in the year but given letter sales have nose dived they may add it elsewhere.

I noticed that, it does show a worrying trend especially with the high cost now of a simple 1st class letter.
