1. The "TUI MAGIC LIFE raffle" is organised by the ROBINSON Club GmbH, hereinafter referred to as TUI MAGIC LIFE, Karl-Wiechert-Allee 23, 30625 Hanover, Germany, on the online platform MAGICLIFE.com. The eligibility requirements, the actions to be taken, the prize and the method for drawing the winner are set out in the raffle description made available to participants as part of the calls for entries issued by TUI MAGIC LIFE and, in addition, in these Conditions of Participation.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands) and have an internet connection and a valid email address. Employees of TUI MAGIC LIFE and their relatives are excluded from participating in this raffle. The same shall apply to travel agencies with TUI representation.

3. To enter the raffle participants must register with a valid email address and provide the required information on the registration page.

4. Participation in the raffle shall be independent of the booking of a trip or the purchase of other TUI MAGIC LIFE services and shall be free of charge. Participation is exclusively possible via the registration page on MAGICLIFE.com. By ticking the appropriate box on the MAGICLIFE.com registration page, the participant agrees to these Conditions of Participation.

5. The raffle takes place from midnight on 10.  Febuary 2025 until 11:59 pm on 31. March 2025. During this period, participation in the raffle via the competition page on MAGICLIFE.com is possible.

6. After the end of the raffle period on 31. March 2025, one winners will be drawn at random from all legitimately registered participants. The different prices will be allocated to the winners randomly.

7. The winner will receive a hotel voucher for the TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura. The hotel voucher includes an all-inclusive 7-night stay at the TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura for 2 people (winner+1) in a double standard room. Travel costs and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and must be paid for by the winner on its own expense. The all-inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (main meals) from the buffet as well as drinks offered in the hotel with the main meals (including soft drinks, beer, table wine, selected cocktails, coffee and tea). The cost of food or drinks not included in the all-inclusive package and any optional additional services on site must be paid for by the winner on its own expense. The hotel voucher is valid from 3. November 2025 to 1.May 2026 and can be redeemed during these period subject to availability. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI MAGIC LIFE directly via the information provided on the hotel voucher.

8. All participants are obliged to provide correct and complete information. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. the email address), TUI MAGIC LIFE is not obliged to investigate this further and any disadvantages resulting from this shall be to the detriment of the participant.

9. The winners will be notified of their prize by TUI MAGIC LIFE via email using the email address provided during registration. Each winner must send TUI MAGIC LIFE written confirmation that they wish to accept their prize within 14 days of being notified of the win. If a winner fails to send such confirmation to TUI MAGIC LIFE in time using the contact details provided in the notification, their prize will be considered forfeited and TUI MAGIC LIFE shall be authorised to draw a new winner and to pass on the prize.

10. Cash payment of the prize, even in part, or an exchange is not possible. Prize claims cannot be transferred to other persons.

11. The redemption conditions stated on the voucher apply. In the event of loss of the voucher, TUI MAGIC LIFE shall not be liable and shall not provide a replacement. Vouchers issued in the winner’s name as well as hotel vouchers are not transferable and can only be redeemed by the selected winner.
12. Each prize shall contain only the items described in the prize description. TUI MAGIC LIFE does not guarantee that the prize can actually be redeemed by the winner.

13. The raffle may only be used for private purposes. Neither the raffle nor the associated transmitted or produced content nor the websites and their content, in whole or in part, may be used commercially or in the course of business dealings by participants or third parties. Participants and third parties may not offer the raffle, the content conveyed or produced for this reason, access to the websites or to their content to third parties either in return for payment or within the framework of sponsored services, nor may they distribute content from the websites themselves or keep it on record for distribution or other commercial use.

14. Please note that the availability and features of the raffle cannot be guaranteed. The raffle may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against TUI MAGIC LIFE. In particular, TUI MAGIC LIFE reserves the right to discontinue the raffle in whole or in part (even without prior notice) or to restrict access to it, in whole or in part, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against TUI MAGIC LIFE. This shall apply, in particular, in the event of the occurrence of computer viruses, faults in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical reasons which entail more than insignificant impairment. This shall also apply in the event that the execution is more than insignificantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation that affects the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and orderly execution of the competition. If such termination was caused by the conduct of a participant, TUI MAGIC LIFE may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

15. Claims for damages against TUI MAGIC LIFE in connection with this raffle shall be excluded, irrespective of the legal grounds, unless TUI MAGIC LIFE, its legal representatives or vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence. TUI MAGIC LIFE shall only be liable for slight negligence if a contractual obligation essential for achieving the purpose of the contract has been breached by TUI MAGIC LIFE, its legal representatives or executives or vicarious agents. This limitation of liability shall not apply in the case of claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or the assumption of a guarantee of quality or fraudulent concealment of defects on the part of TUI MAGIC LIFE. Insofar as TUI MAGIC LIFE is liable for slight negligence, the claim for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

16. These Conditions of Participation may be amended by TUI MAGIC LIFE at any time without separate notification, taking into account the respective interests, and within reason. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected.

17. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to both the drawing of winners and any judgement of the submitted entries. Should a legal dispute nevertheless arise, the participant agrees that any court costs and lawyers' fees incurred in the statutory amount - or in a reasonable amount if no statutory amount is prescribed - which serve a necessary legal defence shall be borne by the party which has been unsuccessful in the court proceedings which have been finally and conclusively concluded. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement in this respect.

18. It shall be possible to withdraw from the raffle at any time. In that case, a notification can be sent informally to the CRM department of the ROBINSON Club GmbH (service.magiclife@tui.com) and will subsequently lead to exclusion from participation in the raffle.
