Vinted withdrawal issues for over two months

I’ve sold many things over the year on vinted and as soon as my item have been successfully received i’ve always withdrawn my funds to my bank account, I never have a build up. My account is verified and never had any issues in the past. I have over £50.00 sat in my cleared funds and i’ve been trying since January to withdraw this balance and it keeps failing. I’ve sent a fair few messages to vinted to be told the same AI response it’s a technical fault, please be patient!! I’m so fed up with it. I’ve asked for my account to be closed and they can’t because I have a balance so I’m stuck. I’ve complained to legal@vinted and had zero response. Any advice please as I’ve been sending my items for free and it goes against what vinted is all about selling second hand clothes and items! I just want my money out.

Hi there, I’m having the same problem exactly, and the same time frame. Since January I haven’t been able to withdraw funds. I have £695 waiting to withdraw. I’m emailing every day now both on the platform and to the legal@Vinted address and no reply. I don’t know what to do…I get a similar response from the platform team that they've escalated the problem and thanks for patience, but it looks like an AI written message (which I’ve said to them). I’ve called up Mango pay who I think back them and the lady was helpful but said there was nothing they could do as the account information is all encrypted. Any ideas of what to do please share! I’ll let you know any updates. I’ve complained on Trustpilot and said I’ll write an article in The Times. Nothing.

I have the same problem I have been chasing for a month now and got no where Mangopay have all my details and Vinted are still holding my money!!! Vinted must be making a fortune on all the interest on these held funds!!!! I don’t know what to do
