DCBL still do not understand the SUPREME COURT result.
The court said that the ticket charge covers operating the scheme ..... THE COURT NEVER SAID AN EXTRA AMOUNT COULD BE ADDED
The added £70 is the OSNER SCAM (ZZPS), just another money scammer DCA. It is right to IGNORE such rubbish popping through your letterbox1 -
I'm not convinced our Scottish Parliament represent our best interests when it comes to the private parking industry's unfair practices. Parking petitions asking for UK Govt action are open, please @PopPark2006 consider signing them.

UK Vat numbers have 9 digits; DCBL's number of 11537427 is clearly only 8 digits which suggests that it's false.3
