Confused on rights for rejecting used car

We bought a used LR Evoque on 21/12/24 for £12k, 75,000 miles and it was delivered to our home address later that day. No test drive as car was blocked in by others ( the dealers place was crammed with cars). First time driving it I realised my drivers door didn’t lock, door actuator needed replacing, which the dealer paid for, but which meant I couldn’t drive it for about a month as it couldnt be locked. Then realised the spare key didn’t work, turned out that that key didn’t belong to our car, dealer paid for a new one to be made. In the meantime we paid for a new battery as low battery message kept appearing. We booked it it to have the Haldex serviced and gearbox oil changed at our expense plus the diff oil seals were leaking which have all now been done but garage called to say the diff (which is second hand) is making a noise so may be on the way out. Called the dealer who isn’t interested, and repair cost could be over £1,000.
Can someone please advise if I’m within my rights to reject the car for a full refund? I know I’ll have to write off the £1k we’ve spent but I’d rather cut my losses.

Sorry to hear about your situation, but it does help to emphasise the importance of test driving vehicles before purchase. If the dealership makes excuses for that not being possible, walk away.1

Bank transfer - no S75 (Unless deposit was paid by credit card?) and No Chargeback - Looks like you have been done up like a kipper.0
