PCN - Westgate Shopping Park

Hi,
I received a PCN from GroupNexus for parking at the Westgate Shopping Park in Basildon. I appealed the PCN (and gave my (driver) details as I had paid for parking - turns out I’d stayed for 2h 31m in what turns out to be a 2h max stay car park.

It’ll be £54 for 31mins and I suspect I’m resigned to paying but just thought I’d check if any of you clever clogs out there had any “get out of jail free” tricks?!
