So Citizens Advice got in contact and asked me to provide documentation of my ID & link my bank statements. I’m only now applying for a DRO due to a relationship breakdown, my now ex is no longer in my life & helping with bills as of last week. I’m now on my own and bills are all on me and can’t afford my loan & cc repayments. After going through my bank statements the last few months I can obviously see a lot of income going in - but bear in mind that was my bf’s money, he would send it to me help me buy groceries and day to day life as he wanted to take care of me and provide while I tried to juggle my repayments. Will this be an issue? When the CAB advisors sees all this money coming in? Only from March 1st all of this has stopped as he’s no longer part of my life but the bank statements for March are available end of the month, so I can’t exactly show them what’s going on right now although right now is the most accurate of my spendings if that makes sense.

Just explain it to them. Finances are always messy for someone in debt so it won't be a surprise

Would it be worth leaving it until the beginning of April when you will have an up to date statement, I can't see anything terrible happening in the next 4 weeks
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
