Any reviews of Tomatopia?

Does anyone have the solar panels and batteries supplied by Tomato Energy? I'm tempted as I have TE as my energy supplier, but I want reviews from current Tomatopia users please. Thank you.

You may be better looking on the Facebook Tomato Energy Users Group.

There are a few people on there who have signed up.

However, they have announced this afternoon that they are no longer taking on any new customers for any of their tariffs or it would seem Tomatopia.

That sounds ominous !  Or perhaps they've been overwhelmed by a backlog of new applications following Ofgem's new price cap?

Can't find anything online about an Ofgem ban.

The CEO posted on the Tomato Energy Users Group FB page that they were stopping taking on new customers for a while so they could focus on sorting out the problems the are having with some existing customers.

Lots of speculation on the FB Group that this could be the start of the end and/or that Ofgem may have intervened, but I can find no evidence of any Ofgem ruling to support this.

Given the number of problems being reported on the MSE Forum and FB about TE, then taking a rain check on new customers is probably not a bad idea.
