TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RBC BREWIN DOLPHIN OVERNIGHT STAY AND 

TWO TICKETS TO THE CARTIER EXHIBITION EVENING RECEPTION PRIZE DRAW

1. This prize draw is organised by RBC Europe Limited (“RBC Brewin Dolphin” or “we”) 

of 100 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4AA, authorised and regulated by the Financial 

Conduct Authority (registered number 124543). By entering this prize draw, you 

confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw will be available for entry from 7 February 2025 to 11:59pm 8 April 

2025 (the “Closing Date”). 

3. To enter the prize draw please complete the online form. Entries must be made 

online via the official online form.

4. There is a limit of only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person or 

bulk entries are not allowed. 

5. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. In addition, 

any incomplete entries will also automatically be disqualified.

6. RBC Brewin Dolphin does not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully 

completed, submitted or received due to a technical fault of any kind or if for any 

reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs. We will also not be able to 

accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

7. The prize draw is free to enter and is open to all UK, Jersey and Republic of Ireland 

residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of any RBC Brewin Dolphin 

group company, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the 

administration of the prize draw as well as members of their families. We reserve the 

right to seek proof of age from the winner.

8. The winner will be the first entrant/s selected at random by an independent person 

within five working days of the prize draw Closing Date. There will be one winner 

selected.

9. The prize is an overnight stay and two tickets on Wednesday 14th May 2025 to the 

Cartier exhibition evening reception at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Prizes are 

subject to availability and must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prizes 

will be offered and the prize is not negotiable or transferable. However, we reserve 

the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should 

circumstances make this necessary. 

10. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements not specifically 

included in the prize(s), including (where applicable) any necessary travel expenses 

and arrangements. Where the prize comprises a third-party event or is otherwise 

provided by a third-party, and insofar as is permitted by law, we (as well as our 

agents and distributors) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to 

compensate the winner or accept any liability to any person, for any loss, damage, 

personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is 

caused by our negligence or the negligence of our agents or distributors. Your 

statutory rights are not affected.
11. We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid 

award took place. To comply with this obligation, if yours is the winning entry we will 

seek your consent to announce your name and county via social media. Please note 

that if you object to such details being published, we must still provide the information 

and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

12. The winners will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Closing Date via the 

email address or phone number provided. If we are unable to contact the winner or 

the winner fails to respond to us within five (5) working days of the original email/ 

phone call, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select 

another winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and 

conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from 

participating in the prize draw. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or 

amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Any RBC Brewin 

Dolphin decision associated with this prize draw is final and binding and no 

correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

14. We will only process your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, these 

terms and conditions, or as may be set out in the prize draw entry form.

15. This prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to 

the jurisdiction of the English courts.
