Marks and Spencer travel money warning

Went to click and collect my travel money today and the store said it had been cancelled.
Money has left my account and I got home to a cancellation message (that said I'd cancelled - I hadn't).
Email says I'll get money back in up to 14 days less £10 charge.
Not ideal since I'll be on holiday by then. (and not paying £10 for their system error)
Anyone else had issues with M&S travel money lately?

Ask M&S for evidence that you cancelled the transaction.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Got a full refund after 2 days, so all good - good job I hadn't left it till just before my holiday though.2
