I just got a message saying ‘we couldn’t verify the bank account information you provided. Please update your bank information to realise your hold payments and avoid further restrictions ‘.
It’s also on messages within EBay app so I presume it’s genuine? I mean I haven’t changed my bank account used for EBay for at least 10 years so am a bit baffled

You need to add a bank account and have it verified, usually by confirming 2 small deposits before you can arrange payouts

Occasionally an undisclosed 'limit' is reached and a seller has to verify again. I had to verify two, possibly three times for paypal over 20+ years . I wonder if it is going to be the same the same for ebay?RedImp_2 said:

In case others get this, I did the micro deposits, took a couple of days to arrive but entered them and I’m back up and running again.1
