Thanks for your reply. Do I use today's date in the PDF version, or the original dates from the previously submitted DQ?Coupon-mad said:which would mean I have to pay a hefty fee to submit the N244 form.No it doesn't. No form is used.
You email a formal complaint to the CNBC and a tandem complaint to HMCTS. Saying that your N180 was sent and acknowledged and did not exceed 10mb (attach proof). ALSO ATTACH A PDF VERSION NOW, TO HELP THEM DO THE RIGHT THING.
No application. No fee.
HMCTS normally reply to complaints about the CNBC fast and well.0 -
The original exact match version & don't say you only just created it. Just attach it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks. I followed your advice and the court reinstated my defence.Coupon-mad said:The original exact match version & don't say you only just created it. Just attach it.
I received the letter confirming small claims track allocation several weeks ago, and have now received below email from DCB Legal. Do I respond or ignore?

Starting to draft my witness statement, I can't seem to find a copy of the defence I submitted. Is there a way to view the defence I submitted?0

Going back through the thread, you posted paragraphs #2 & #3 and you were advised to use the Chan & Akande arguments as the POC were sparse. The rest of your defence would have been the standard defence template. Given the dates it is likely that you sent the defence by email, rather than on MCOL. Can you check your sent items?2

Doesn't matter; they'll discontinue this claim before the WS deadline anyway.The_J_Londoner said:Starting to draft my witness statement, I can't seem to find a copy of the defence I submitted.
