UPDATE:

So I called the CNBC last week to ask for an update as it's been more than 6 weeks since I submitted my DQ (for the 2nd time) without hearing anything from them.

The rep on the phone said there is no record of my DQ being submitted and that therefore my defence has been struck off!

I politely told her that I submitted my DQ not once but twice, upon which she provided me with a different email address and advised me to send evidence/screenshots proving that I received the automated reply from the DQ email for the 2 times I sent it. She also said I should send this same email, separately ,with the evidence to the original DQ email.


Before I go ahead and respond to them with the evidence, I wanted to post about it here to see, is this normal?? This is a genuine hassle they are putting me through that I can definitely do without at the moment.
