    I've just read the 'Practice Direction 5B' on the GOV website and realised that the N180 DQ email I sent does not comply, as I did not include the case number or parties' names in the subject line.

    Is this an issue? Should I re-send the email with those details in the subject line?

    My deadline for filing is today, so would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

    Just send it again by email. Add even more 'unavailable dates' in the year. Make sure you get the auto reply (don't show it here though).
