So not actually a 20 year record for the fund, as presumably that didn't exist 20 years ago.
If it had, there's no guarantee it would have included all / any of the "current ETF's" and consequently it's performance may have been better or worse than the graph.
How do you like what's in it now?

As I said, I like how well diversified the funds are. Each fund contains over 6000 holdings. There is no overweight in the Mag 7 etc.
Its actually underweight in US compared to market cap.

Isn't it better? Some few percents lower than everywhere else, as the US outperformance has been for quite long.

It is a management decision.   Some will like it. Some will not.  There are some other tilts in the fund selection as well.

There are arguments for and against US weightings being high/low.     12 years ago, US market cap was around 46%.  Today, it is closer to 66%.    Europe is losing companies to the US, and start-ups are favouring the US.  So, even without tech companies, the allocation to US would be higher by default.    However, the tech weightings are a concern for many.         These things are all open to opinion and portfolios that drift away from market cap are doing so with management decisions that may or may not pay off.    Historically, most management decisions do not pay off but then again, deciding to follow market cap is a managed decision.
