Hassle free boilers failing to honour my contract

Hi all . I’ve been in a contract with Hastlefree boilers for nearly 10 years of the 12 year contract which included fitting a new boiler , servicing, repairs to the boiler including parts and labour for the full 12 years I pay direct debit to them every month . In October last year I emailed them to service my boiler and they came out and did that . The engineer said I needed an expansion tank . so I emailed them again and a week or so later the engineer came to fit it . When he left I noticed a leaking pipe under the boiler so emailed them again beginning of December an engineer came out tightening the pipe but it didn’t work started leaking again . So I was emailing the same lady trying to get it sorted and she was trying to book an engineer to do it . In January after a lot of emails the company stopped replying to any of my emails phone calls I’ve sent letters no reply so I’m stuck I want to cancel my direct debits but unsure what to do if anybody has any help or advise it would be much appreciated.
