Yes you have to listen to some automated info and enter some info via the phone keypad. Then after about 5 mins of that you join the queue and get to listen to the nice music.Slinky said:Dazed_and_C0nfused said:

He should try calling at 8am and then whatever the problem is can be resolved and they refund issued.
He tried that this morning, but ended up down an electronic rabbit hole without actually speaking to someone. That was the reason I asked the question, is there a tax office tied to the tax code I posted first posting? He called a general enquiry number but isn't sure it was the right place to call.
If you start the process at 08.00 you normally get to speak to someone in 10 or 20 minutes.0
