PCP settlement close to DD date
Just a quick query to get others thoughts.
I was able to settle my PCP agreement last week which I did by bank transfer on Tuesday. I left the (1st of the month) DD in place recognising how soon it was due.
I have seen no acknowledgement on my VWFS account of the transfer but today the DD has not been collected.
Annoyingly the online portal is showing arrears with the option to pay the DD amount by card and a threat of missed payment markers on my credit file. The only option for contact is to submit a form so it seems unlikely I'll be able to speak to anyone today.
Should I just pay the money today by card and presumably get it back in a couple of days? Or would VWFS be able to remove any missed markers on my file?

I would call them tomorrow. However, if you had paid them all that is due then I’m sure you would not have a marker on your credit file.Mortgage free
