So it’s been around 5 months and the house isn’t on market yet will it take much longer? We are due some inheritance money but sadly the house isn’t on market yet some people say it takes years now some say less time any ideas?

Maybe if you provided a bit more useful information on the state of the estate's probate or administration process, someone might be able to comment meaningfully.

They were a single person and the house is going to the women’s 2 daughters and it’s around £240k for the house0 -
There are effectively at least three questions here:
- How long until the house is put on the market?
- How long will it take to complete the sale from then?
- How long will it take to distribute the proceeds?

The property itself is being left to the two daughters, or the house is to be sold and the two daughters get the proceeds?
That’s a big difference In terms of what happens nextAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1
