Looking for help with a private parking ticket

Hi,
Firstly I have tried to read and tried my best to understand the newbie post but I'm both Dyslexic and Autistic so I found it a little overwhelming trying to figure it all out so I was hoping someone could spell it out for me?
November last year Horizon Parking gave me a ticket for not paying for parking and I received a notice on my car. I always use their app to pay for parking however when I returned I noticed the ticket on my car I checked the app I saw it didn't pay for my parking instead gave me a huge error message.
I received a letter in the post from Horizon saying I needed to pay £60. At the same time I had just lost my job and was going through a lot of mental health issues. I wish I had just sorted it out then, now a debt collector wants £170.
It's my own fault for not confirming the app correctly paid for my parking and then I made it worse by sticking my head in the sand. Right now I just want to pay the £60 but I doubt that is even possible.
I struggle a lot with anxiety and I'm currently in an IVA due to past debts, receiving these recovery letters really stresses me out even though logically I know its mostly scare tactics but the thought of a CCJ terrifies me.
Do I contact the debt collection company and setup a payment plan? Do I continue to ignore them?
Thank you for taking the time to read and for any advice you might have for me.

Continue to ignore the powerless debt collectors letters, its that simple, for now
Do not pay, do not phone anyone, do not contact them at all
