If your UC is fully contributions-based with no income-related top-up then no you'd not need to apply for UC.

When did you start claiming ESA, and can you tell us how much you receive every two weeks?

£276.40 appears to be wholly CB based ESA.

Do you receive Housing Benefit at all?

If you aren't getting a means tested benefit (specifically income related ESA or Housing Benefit) then you won't have to claim UC. You will remain on contribution-based ESA.
