I had the Barclaycard rewards card which I cancelled back in September. I now want the free avios card but in the app when I click on “change to different card” it always comes up with “no options available”. Has anyone encountered this before?

I'm guessing that you can't "Change to a different card" because you don't have one. You'd need to apply for the avios card as a new customer1

Ah that makes sense. I’ve been waiting 6 months so I can get the 5000 avios point bonus.
