Refused refund

I dont think OP has been back since March. Suggest you start a new thread (can you do so as a new poster i'm not sure?)
But two points to be aware of - if they arranged the courier (i mean they provided the return label etc, even if you "set it in motion by requesting a refund on the website" then the responsibility is with them from the moment the package is handed to their representative - which is the courier - not when it arrives at the other end.
If, then, they claim you sent the wrong item, I would expect as a minimum that they have photos of what was actually sent (if not the packaging as well). Ironically, the OP of this thread is claimed to have sent something else back, but it wasn't clear what. Even if Nike are claiming OP sent something unexpected back, then Nike are still responsible for that item (search "involuntary bailee"), they can't normally just chuck it and then say "well tough" I dont think.
Weight may help you - did the courier company "weigh" the package during transit, and does that show in tracking (take a copy of tracking btw, all that you can). If eg. something was substituted, then unless it was the same weight, it would be pretty good proof if they claimed eg. you returned a package of feathers when you meant to return a lead weight, and the courier said the package weighed lots of kg...Peter

Start your own thread. It's pointless posting on a thread that's been dead for over 6 months.Hello123456789 said:Did you get this resolved? I am experiencing the exact same situation
By all means reference this thread as background in your new one.0 -
