DRO advice

in IVA & DRO
I've just had a DRO approved, around 20k debt. I'm unemployed struggle to hold a job down for a few years due to depression and long term health condition, basically thinking i can work out this rut but ended up pretty much breaking down cant hold a job or be around people for more than a few days.
So i did the DRO as need space to sort my life out but it was based on no income and I'm going to get a part time job and benefits, therapy etc.
I live with my mum who has basically kept me alive. the issue is if i get PT job income around 1k, paying rent to mum, car, fuel, food etc do i have to tell them. As I did a budget calculation on this worked out about 1100 total.
I live in an isolated area no public transport, my car is my lifeline but not worth much and reason i got into debt where last few cars breaking. my concern is i need to make sure i budget correctly for fixing car, fuel etc as have mostly had low paying roles, no assets and also money management issues, which is why i wanted the dro so i can't get credit.
As I'm rubbish with managing money is there a list of essential budgets, i need gym to keep my heath condition in check as stopped medication.

You really need a stable 12 months to see the DRO through, if your acceptance was based on benefits income, and you are now going to be working, you must be sure that your disposable income does not exceed the £75 monthly threshold.

I'm currently on no benefits. Obviously I need a job to survive as 400 quid a month would cover just my car and insurance and a bit of food. I need to pay rent to my mum as she is struggling now. Not taking into account clothes etc I have high costs as no public transport. This 75 quid a month even with part time work my car, paying food, rent to my mum I wouldn't get benefits anyway. I just wanted to know what essential expenses are as obviously I've not even had money for those things, no savings, assets etc.
Car running is easy 150 a month (tax, insurance, just had new brakes and two tyres in a few months due to poor condition of roads) a month plus 200 month fuel. Can't afford to get cheaper car.
Rent 400 to mum as she will kick me out unless I start giving money
Food 150
Medication 50, I have long term health condition.
Clothes 50
That's a grand there just to live and pt job. I provided this information based on getting a job, advised expenses I wasn't paying.
Basically my mum has funded me and got into debt herself. I cannot live off 400 pounds a month it is impossible and cannot move out.
I will notify insolvency if I get a job.

how are you spending £200 a month in fuel if you are not travelling to work? You surely dont spend £50 a month on clothes?0

No when I work but when I did the budget thing with money wise it was based on working. I live in a village , no shop, one way bus a day. Just going to job centre once a week will cost me 50 quid a month with fuel and parking, it is 20 miles away.
I thought that is what is used for hence why they asked me. They said I have to try and make my situation better and thats when I looked into just enough to survive as 400 will just mean my mum gets into more debt and potentially ends up homeless as well. I don't drink, smoke, I just walk to control my health condition, it is a immune issue that flairs up over stress . Literally just spend weeks in a room. My mental health deteriorated massively I just could hold a full time job but thought maybe 10 hours a week .0 -

Why did they ask me about a budget then? This was all odd considering I went through the government approved company. I've applied for benefits they said I had to do that. Just seems odd considering I have nothing and in this country it is impossible to live off 400 quid a month with the price of everything. If I get work I will write a letter to them recorded . 300 quid at the least would cover my share of housing costs. But I can't claim housing for to living with family. Crazy system0
