Back from the vaccination - painless and a smooth service. Got the second one booked for June.   @Ruby - my car has its first MOT on Wednesday, I signed up for the free reminder service from https://www.gov.uk/mot-reminder which works well. I don't think that letters are sent out anymore.

My coding from HMRC came through and I owe tax. Can't really complain too much as the interest rates on savings was good last year so I was well over the allowance.  I'll phone up next week to pay it in a lump sum so it's off my mind.

Weekly banking to do this afternoon, I'll leave the monthly one until tomorrow as some things don't update until then. For now it'll be coffee, lunch and then some catch-up TV as I missed the start of the Agatha Christie programme last night.

Afternoon all, had a busy morning, and DS2 popped in at lunch time. I was awake early as DGS found out about his High school place supposedly at 7am so I was fretting (needlessly ) Apparently the email was sent early and his DM found out at 1am so hopefully she got to sleep after that , knowing he got his chosen option.

YorksLass- I've been on ancestry too, this morning, we both had a membership so I've cancelled DHs. He mainly wanted to find out about some ancestors migrating to USA, which we've done now. I agree it's getting dear.

The menfolk are having scampi tonight, I've got some hash out for me but with swede instead of spud Right better carry on until we pick DGS up,& I've said I'll check DS2s ninjairfryer/ sc/pressure cooker- he said it was smoking last night  Take care all
