Hi All,
I have found some old photos, however, there are lighting issues and faces are blurred. I've tried a few apps to repair the issues but the results are generally poor. Can anyone recommend an option to carry out repairs?

What apps/programmes have you tried? (So you don't get the same things recommended)Are these digital photos on a device of some sort?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0
