£70 admin fee from One Parking Solution

Last year I received a PCN from One Parking Solution for parking for under 3 mins on private land. I appealed to POPLA under various defences and 'lost'. As I was away travelling I paid the £100, but as I was a couple of days beyond their payment deadline, when I returned I found a letter which had added another £70 'admin fee'. I have ignored this, as frankly they have had enough money off me and I have read that this is just another of their scams.

Moorside Legal have sent me a Letter of Claim for the £70. Can someone please advise me on how to contest it or should I ignore it?

Apologies if this is already covered elsewhere on the forum - I have searched and not found anything specific to this situation.

Many thanks.

Ignore. They have a hard enough time getting their phantom £70 in court claims, so a claim based upon nothing else would be insanity for them.

Either ignore it or tell them to revert to their client to prove that the added £70 was in fact incurred and who it was paid to.

Tell them just because you were intimidated into paying these notorious ex-clampers £100, doesn't mean you can be duped into throwing good money after bad.

Tell them not to insult your intelligence by replying "we can have it because the self-serving Code (that Moorside Legal/BPA Mike Marrs probably helped to write) says we can."

Say that you require to see proof that the debt was actually incurred.

Was this one of those traps in Worthing with CCTV?  Why on earth did you pay this scam?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
