Help with Parkingeye / DCB Legal Judgement for Claim with zero particulars x 3

You need to lodge an emailed complaint to the CNBC, like I said. Do that FIRST.
Then you could attach that as evidence that you acted promptly and DID NOT receive any claim forms and say at the start of your WS that the CNBC seems to have made a serious error by attaching default CCJ orders to a covering letter that is meant to enclose claim forms.
I'm going to say for a third time: you need Contestor Legal to do these for you because this could ruin your chances of moving for SIX YEARS.
Must be worth their fee especially given they'll argue for all costs back?
I really fear you'll struggle because it looks like you ignored 3 claim forms. That's how it looks.
And you MUST do three applications.
You have no option on that second requirement - you cannot just put in one application - but you COULD lodge the first one tomorrow at £303 then wait a couple of days and email the other two at £119 each (tick 'without a hearing' this time) and ask for the cases to be consolidated with your applications in claims xxxx and xxxxx, where the latter includes the full £303 fee for a hearing. Thus you ask for an order for one hearing for all three.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

thanks again, I hadn't read your message before I called in the morning so I just got the details of the Parking Charge when I called as I was flying blind. I will call Contester and see what we can do thanks for being so clear in your direction.
Understand on the 3 orders.
My only concern is the CCJ removal. That is my priority, I don't have much money but I could find a way. I just need that CCJ gone.0 -
Three CCJs if there were three default letters. There are three, as I thought? Not just one large claim for 3 PCNs?
Get on their LiveChat & show Contestor Legal this evidence, as it sounds like a CNBC error:
"the CNBC seems to have made a serious error by attaching default CCJ orders to a covering letter that is meant to enclose claim forms."
Jackson Yamba of Contestor Legal is a bit busy tomorrow though, so first of all, spend tomorrow doing your complaint to the CNBC first (I told you what to say about these three 'missing' claims in my first reply).
Look, tomorrow, late morning:Vehicle Control Services Ltd v Carr Appeal . Watch the case on live stream:

You should watch it.
It's a 'CCJ set aside' parking case that was ALLOWED (CCJ was set aside) by the first Judge then strangely OVERTURNED by an appeal judge.
Now at the Court of Appeal.
Don't be put off by watching it! This hearing will be MUCH more formal than any county court level hearing. But you will see Jackson in action.

Thanks again Coupon-mad. Just want to check with you, CNBC sent the claim forms on the 24th Jan, I didn't receive them. As I didn't receive them they passed judgment. This is my issue, Parkingeye never issued the Notification to Hirer to me. Then I didn't recieve the Claim forms. First I heard was the Judgment for Claimant letter.
I know how this must appear, very convenient but it's not at all.
As I mentioned in my Witness Statement, I actually paid a fine to Parkingeye around the same time these were issued because at that time, it was the last week of me being the Registered Keeper before I took a subscription car. Had I know I would have paid.
I feel like I've been royal screwed here.0 -

I've just received letters from DCB Legal. It states
"Please note you still have the opportunity to have the above CCJ removed from your credit file. However, you must take URGENT action. For the CCJ to be removed, it must be paid in full within one month of the date the judgement was entered"
"We will notify the court that this payment has been made. The court will then take the steps to remove the CCJ from your credit file"
Can I trust that, because I think my best course of action is to pay. Contester quoted me a more money than I have to support, so this is looks like my best option. Just don't want to end up paying, not fighting and still having the CCJ.0 -
But you have THREE.
That'll be a grand they're rinsing from you!

It stings. Contester asked for £2k, and I would still need to pay each Claim\s court cost. So that is almost £3k.2
