in Credit cards
I had new double glazing fitted last year. Paid for by credit card in 3 instalments.
1 deposit July
2 September after completion but held back amount due to 1 botched window.
3 November after replacement of botched window which still not adequate but was assured it was ok.
Got the fensa certificate.
Front composite door is drafty(has been adjusted 3-4 times by them but still draghty meaning bad install.)
French door not sealed properly under sill letting in draft and also not clicking shut bottom half under handle is loose letting in draft.
Upvc door letting in draft too.
Upstairs bedroom window letting in draft from openings.
Ceiling above bay window damaged while fitting due to old window being taken out by hammering away and breaking apart.
Company is not sorting any of this. Excuses after excuses and i still havent been given my warranty paperwork even after 6 months. What are my options?

Your options are:
- Continue to pressurise the company directly, potentially with a letter before action if prepared to go to court
- Escalate to any trade body they're aligned with (not sure if FENSA gets involved)
- Raise a section 75 claim with your credit card company
